+ Do I really need to take supplements?
All our protocols contain the essential nutrients that your body needs on a daily basis to function well, but that are difficult to obtain even if you are eating extremely healthily. Soil depletion robs even good food of vitamins and minerals and our water, air and living environments are not clean. Our supplements will strengthen your immunity helping to protect you from compromised food sources and the environment and will bolster your entire system against the stresses of modern day life.
+ When will I feel a difference?
The happier mood and glowing skin are bonuses when it comes to improving foundational health. Although lots of people experience a difference within a couple of weeks, some don't feel anything at all, and that's cool. It's what's happening from within that's important, and the route to better health! The water-soluble nutrients (B12, C,...) start working right away to support your heart, nerves, and more. Fat-soluble nutrients take longer—except for D3, which helps your brain the next day if you have low levels. Overall, it takes 3-4 months for your whole body to reach a healthy new equilibrium. Upplement is designed to work beneath the surface, it's an investment in your long-term overall health.
+ How are you able to offer your supplements at the prices you do?
Great question! Upplement is a direct-to-consumer supplement company. Since we only sell online and to select wholesale partners, we're able to offer the highest quality vitamins on the market at a fraction of the price that multi-level companies do.
+ Is your packaging recyclable?
We try to do things in an ethical way. That’s why you’ll find we maximise the use of compostable and recyclable materials. No bulky plastic packaging. A slimlined, minimal and fully recyclable box (that fits through your letter box!) is used as the outer shipping container. Inside, no unnecessary leaflets and advertising, just your daily packs that are protected in a transparant (resealable) pouch that is fully compostable. The silver daily pouches unfortunately aren't recyclable (yet!). Since all supplements contain nutrients that, like all live things, can be vulnerable to the vagaries of heat, light and oxygen, these pouches are critial to ensure the high quality. They are specifically designed to seal in freshness, nutritional and healthful properties. However, we’re always working with our packaging suppliers to innovate, and our goal is to ensure that all our packaging is recyclable.
+ What are your shipping costs?
We don't charge for any shipping costs! We are happy to be able to provide postage throughout Europe completely free of charge.
+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Everywhere within Europe, free of charge.
+ Can I change my subscription?
Of course you can. We only want you to get your vitamins when you need them. You're in total control. Just login to your customer portal (by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of this page) and you'll be able to change, pause and cancel your subscription whenever you want. Any more questions? + Are all your protocols vegan?
Not all of our supplements are vegan, some of them contain some animal-derived nutrients: the omega-3 oils are from fresh, wild-caught fish, and the vitamin D is from lanolin. We will be adding a vegan version of our protocols soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
+ What is your return policy?
Our goal is to simplify and clarify your vitamin regime, but if you're unhappy with your protocol, for whatever reason, we will offer a full refund. No questions asked. We're always trying to improve, so your feedback would be much appreciated.
+ How does the subscription work?
It's simple! Every 30 days you will be billed and a new 30 day supply will be sent to you in our handy recyclable box that fits through your letterbox. So you don't have to be home to sign for a delivery. Subscriptions renew themselves at the end of the subscription period to make sure you don't miss out. Just login to your customer portal to check when your next delivery is due.

All our Protocols are made here in the UK! And the supplements are all sourced within Europe.
+ What quality standards are your supplements made to?
All of our supplements have been produced in European facilities that adhere to GMP standards and are certified to all EU NRV regulations.
+ Can I use Upplement if I'm taking prescribed medication?
If you are taking prescription medicine or have any existing medical conditions, we recommend you consult your doctor or pharmacist before using any vitamins and supplements.
